The Conference/Exhibition fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference documentation (proceedings and CD) and lunches.
Cancellations will be accepted and delegates may receive an 80% refund of fees paid up to 1 February 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to 12 May 2011. If the conference is cancelled or postponed for any reason, you ar entitled to a refund less a 20% administration fee. The cost of any additional expenses, such as flights, will not be refundable by the organiser.
