The deadline for entries is 20 December 2011.
Terms of entry for the Global Cement Magazine Photography Competition 2012
Each individual may enter up to five photographs for the competition. Every entry must be accompanied by a separate MS Word document stating the following: Photographer's name, company and contact details (email, postal address); Location of the subject; and any additional information that might have been of interest about the subject of the photo.
Although we imagine that cement and lime plants will be popular, any subject - people, architecture, wildlife - is eligible for entry. Technical prowess and the attractiveness of the final image will used to decide upon the winner. Upright ('portrait') format photos are preferred, but 'landscape' format photos are also elegible. Digital dates on photos are not required (but they do not invalidate an entry - we can erase them very easily!)
Entry is simple and free: Please send your entry (digital only, JPG, RAW or Tiff format) by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The subject line must be as follows: 'Global Cement Photo Competition' (otherwise it risks being junked by our spam filters!). Files must be above 500kb but must be below 5Mb in compressed size. Good luck!
