The Conference/Exhibition fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference documentation (proceedings and CD), lunches and cocktail receptions.
Delegates may receive a 80% refund of fees paid, up to 1 November 2008 but no refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to 3 December.
