The delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation and guaranteeing it with their credit cards.
The organiser has reserved a limited number of rooms at the conference hotel, JW Marriott Hotel Dubai, at a special reduced rate of DHS 800.00 per room per night for a single, and DHS 900.00 per room per night for a double room. These rates are valid for bookings made on or before 20 April 2008 and including buffet breakfast and excluding 10% Dubai Minicipality Tax and 10% Service Charge. Airport pick up & drop off can be arranged from Dubai International Airport at DHS 149.00 per car per way (max 3 persons per car).
Please be advised that the above rates are available for the Delegates attending the Global Gypsum Conference from 11 - 13th May 2008. Any arrivals before 11th May 2008 have to be forwarded to the hotel by emailing at jwdubai.group@marriotthotels.com.
When completing the booking form, please do mention your arrival and departure flights so as to book the rooms accordingly.
In case of non-arrival or cancellation made after 20 April 2008, one night no show will be charged to the respective credit cards and rest of the nights will be charged if the hotel is unable to sell the rooms.
