Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the delegates at the conference hotel, SAS Radisson, at a discounted rate of EUR 135.00 for a single room and EUR150.00 for a double room per night, for arrival on Sunday 13 April or Monday 14 April (1-2 nights). The quoted prices include breakfast and all taxes.

The Conference/Exhibition fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference documentation (proceedings and CD), lunches, cocktail receptions.
Delegates may receive a 80% refund of fees paid, up to 1 March 2008 but no refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to 9 April.
